	Copy this anywhere. It uses %APPDATA% junction. There is no 
	registry and .ini sillyness.

*** Functions: ***

	It has 4 basic buttons. They perform the following tasks:

	* Backup! - Backs up the character and mod data. Mod data can
	  change so it needs to be backed up also.
	* Explorer - Opens an explorer window at the place where the
          backup and char data lives.
        * Run Torchlight! - Magic happens.
	* Quit - Makes you win lotto and all your wildest dreams come true.
 	* About - stuff goes here.

*** Recovery: ***
	Delete the Torchlight directory. Rename one of the backup dirs.
	Job done.
